Most likely but, due to demand, certainly not entirely.

We do everything in our power to keep as many items in stock as we can. Indeed, we’re always bringing in new pieces, always re-stocking so that we can provide our customers with what they want. As there are so many pieces and options available, we do not have everything in stock at all times. 

In the event that you’re coming to one of our stores for a specific item, we do recommend that you call ahead or at least check the site. That way, you can be certain that we have what you’re looking for before you get here.

Yes. We have a policy for returns. In some cases, we may be able to accept a return. Under specific, special circumstances, it is possible to return your pieces. We encourage you to see our “Returns” policy or to reach out to us for more information.

Absolutely! To determine whether or not our store has the item you want to view, check out the site or give us a call. Even if you feel confident about this, it’s worth reaching out ahead of time just in case the item may not be on display/on the floor that day, etc.

We absolutely will ship your items. If you check out our shipping policies, you’ll find that there are many different options available. Yes, these differ, depending on what you purchased, where it’s to be shipped, how soon you want it, and so forth.

Simply, as accurate as it can be. Always, we want to present our items online accurately, with proper representation of how they’ll look in your home, office, and the like. Each piece is lit and photographed in such a way so as to capture fabrics, finishes, designs, colors, and more as they are. 

To that end, we understand that some folks’ computer monitors have different settings, different lighting, and so forth. Indeed, your home/office may have very different lighting than what you might see at our site. 

We cannot accept any responsibility if there is a marginal difference in color between what you see on our site and in person, in your home/etc. Swatches, in some cases, can be available. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Once that’s complete, enter your preferred payment method. From there, it’s smooth sailing – press the button and it’s done! You’ll get an email confirming your details. At Pinion Furniture, we’re always glad to get feedback from our customers. When you write a review, we encourage you to make your review about the item you yourself have purchased. To make your review more helpful for other would-be customers as well as us here at Pinion, provide details. Be as specific as possible about why you did or did not like your item. 

While we’re always glad to get reviews, we do reserve the right to remove your review or not post it if it uses language that just isn’t suitable for a public forum, if it contains contact information, is just spam/advertisements, is abusive, critical of others/other reviews, and so forth. It may be possible to acquire a piece of furniture in a color that is not on the site but it is unlikely. For the most part, all of the color options are available on the site. That said, our catalog is vast and deep, with many options that could potentially not be online. 

If you would like an item in a color that is not available on our site, we encourage you to reach out to us. We cannot make any guarantees, but it is not impossible. If nothing else, we may be able to help you to choose a piece that best fits your aesthetic.

Most likely not. Yes, as we bring in new items, we make them available online for viewing and purchase. However, we bring in new items so often. As such, it’s essentially impossible to get everything up online immediately. 

It’s entirely possible that there are items available in-store that aren’t online right now. Should you have seen something in a store that you would like or if there’s something of ours that you don’t see online right now, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll provide you with more information as soon as we can.
